This supplement contains ten scientific abstracts presented at the "Gate for Aspiring Researchers Event 2025 – Towards Precision Medicine," held at the Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University, Egypt, on 22 October 2025. The abstracts cover a wide range of topics across clinical medicine, epidemiology, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses, reflecting current research priorities and the growing role of precision medicine in disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Abstracts were first reviewed and selected by the scientific committee of the meeting. Those published here were subsequently assessed by at least two members of the ASIDE Health Sciences editorial team, and only the abstracts that passed that assessment are included. This is an editorial selection process; the abstracts did not undergo the journal's external double-anonymous peer review. They are published as conference abstracts rather than research articles, and are not counted in the journal's research-article record.
